Cinderella is a research and development practitioner currently working as a Global Health Corps Fellow with the Reach Out Mbuya Parish HIV/AIDS Initiative. She holds a Masters degree in Global Development and Gender from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom and a Bachelors degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University.

Cinderella has extensive experience working for national and international organizations such as the Refugee Law Project, School of Law, Makerere University, Adroit Consult International, Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), and the Institute for Reproductive Health, Georgetown University (USA). She is an alumni of the Mandela Washington Fellowship.
