Dinnah is a Program Learning Advisor, TPO Uganda where she leads efforts to institutionalize documentation, coordinate conceptualization of intervention models and facilitate cross learning and scalability of TPO Uganda’s work across key partnerships. She serves focal person for implementation of TPO Uganda’s Gender Policy, leads the Violence Against Children portfolio and the UNWOMEN funded projects aimed at addressing sexual and gender-based violence among refugee women. Dinnah is a Social Worker with 9years work experience in non-profits focused on policy and advocacy, research, documentation and learning. She has previously worked as Research and Policy Analysis Coordinator with Marie Stopes International, Washington DC. and Policy and Advocacy Officer for the Agency for Cooperation and Research in Development (ACORD) Uganda.
Education background: pursuing a Masters’ Degree in Public Policy (Uganda Christian University); holds a Masters’ Degree in Education, Gender and International Development (University College London) and a Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work and Social Administration (Uganda Christian University)
